My Honeymoon stay was delightful! The room was fantastic and extremely clean, offering more than enough space for the two of us. The hotel has a nice, cool ambiance, and the room was huge, modern, and lovely. The service was really friendly and helpful, making our experience special. The location is great, right across the road from a mall, and close to a prime beach in Cancun. The dining was okay, with a good selection, but it felt like it was trying to please too many cultures.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The first room I had was a studio with no balcony and non-openable windows, and the air conditioning was not very effective. However, when I was moved to a room with a balcony, it was slightly better. On the upside, the room was always clean during my one-week stay at the end of July and beginning of August.

My stay at my parent's house was amazing! The upgrade was a pleasant surprise due to the delicious food and the missing mini-fridge in the room. We ended up with a spacious living room featuring a bar fridge with plenty of water, two big TVs in the living room and bedroom, and two bathrooms both with showers.
